Fused glass slurry poppy complete with 2 x glass leaves (1hr to make the petals)

On this workshop you will learn the slurry technique and will make 8 x petals to be fused into a double thickness poppy head and this will be fused in 2 x separate firings. In addition to the poppy you will be able to have 2 x fused glass leaves added to the copper pipe stem and this can have a personal message added (up to 6 characters per leaf) This technique is very simple to do and you can choose whether you would prefer a traditional red poppy or a different colour (selection available on the day)

Due to the firing process you will need to arrange to collect your completed piece from the studio the following week.

Cost £55.00 per student  max of 6 students per class (£5.00 is donated to the poppy appeal for each complete poppy piece)
